Castle Mountain Creek Subdivision

Castle Mountain Creek Subdivision is an area in Garden Valley, Idaho where you can find Geo-thermal water. It is located up Warm Springs Rd. at about mile marker 3.5 on the Middlefork rd. You take Warm Springs road past the Terrace Lakes Golf Course and the Warm Springs Geo-thermal Greenhouses.

These are working green houses that use the Geo-thermal water to grow all kinds of plants and flowers that are shipped all over Idaho.

The Castle Mountain Creek subdivision has a community water system and a road maintenance program. This is the view from two spots on the road.

The land owners all have access to the two community geothermal water swimming pools and Jacuzzi. There is also a great picnic table to sit and enjoy the surrounding mountain views down by the pool.

By Garden Valley, Idaho standards this is one of the oldest and largest subdivisions in Garden Valley. The average parcel of real estate in Castle Mountain Creek is close to or about an acre.
Many of the properties in the Castle Mountain Creek subdivision are considered to have “Geo-thermal potential”. That means that the neighboring properties have drilled wells and have found Geo-thermal water. If neighboring properties have found Geo-thermal water then there is a good chance that the surrounding properties may have Geo-thermal water underneath the surface as well. However there are times that people are in the Geo-thermal zone and the property is surrounded by hot water wells and they will spend the money to drill a well and never find hot water. Because the Castle Mountain Creek Subdivision has community water there is no reason to drill a well unless you are attempting to find Geo-thermal water.

Some of the real estate and properties are situated on creeks, this one runs year round.

This cabin is available for sale in Castle Mountain Creeks and from this cabin you can hear the creek. This is the amazing views from the house.

The day I was taking pictures there was a deer in the yard and as I was walking around she just kept eating the grass, looking at me and ..... I am not joking ......wagging her tail! I was within 10 feet of her and she had no problem with sharing her space with me!
The location of the Castle Mountain Creek subdivision gives its homeowners easy access to the trail system through public land. There are many groomed snowmobile trails and routes that you can get on right out the back door of the community that will take you all over Garden Valley and Boise County. The Garden Valley Snowmobile club does an excellent job of grooming and maintaining the snowmobile trails in this area.
If you are someone who loves to play in nature’s playground this is one of the areas that put it right out your back door. The Castle Mountain Creek subdivision is very desirable Real Estate. IF Geo-thermal water interests you, contact me and I can show you real estate with Geothermal wells or with Geo-thermal potential, or property in Castle Mountain Creeks subdivision that is just plan perfect mountain property.
